🚜 Backported some OpenAI calls to Pydantic's Agent and this is the way. Calls are easier and more straight forward.

🤖 Added pydantic.ai internally to #jobs and updates to use Python 3.12 more consistently in the project.
🔉 fixed my soundbar by adding an HDMI cable so it can auto-turn on since optical wasn't helping it power on
