more CF work for a token system for subscriptions - going the durable object route

started integrated RevenueCat - all the account setup on iOS and Play Store (and Google Cloud 🤢) #pacing - tbf RevenueCat docs were on point.
allow manual extension of plan by 1 week #pacing with the aim to use background fetch to automate this in the background
TestFlight & Play Store internal releases for last 2 weeks of works #pacing (crept a lot into this which hopefully won't confuse users too much)
