create meeting notes for this weeks meeting and go over: *Sales from weeks 1/2/3 *what we need to reach our goal *feb store goals (bookings, sales) *individual employee goals *prom campaign planning (what I expect from Laura and deadlines she needs to meet- hand her the responsibility of seeing through the project from beginning to end) *inventory: we will only dedicate 4 hours a week on this. *new window planning and budget overview *prom merch to be updated(sale pieces need to be separated from new inventory. Mob pieces need to move to the back)
