i librarized my whole homegrown frontend Auth-, Stripe connection- and ORM (the world's coolest) earlier this year, and today moved one of my Create React App apps to it (in replacement of a having a copy-paste of it in its own codebase, as i used to do everywhere). That system which I call
#lovabase is now compatible with both partially-server-side rendered and single page react apps. I was able to delete a *lot* of code today, while performance grew (I made a few performance improvements to the library version of Lovabase since my last sync of all the copy-pastes in the different codebases).
Edited a video showing how to connect Lovable with Stripe for Nocodehackers
Recorded a raw video about connecting Lovable to Stripe. Already recorded 3 hours and there are still bugs 🥲 Not vibing with the code today.
What Stripe alternative for LATAM?
Hey everyone! We’re a PMS (Property Management Software) solution currently using Stripe and Stripe Connect to handle payments from our users. Unfortunately, Stripe doesn’t operate in many LATAM countries, and we need a similar solution that covers:
- Webhooks to listen for events
- Ability to create payment links with checkout sessions (so we can redirect users to a hosted checkout)
-A way to collect and store payment methods for future charges
Bonus points if there’s something similar to Stripe Connect for managing multiple connected accounts. If it’s just an API key approach, that could work too.
We’re also running into the same issue in South Korea, so if any of these solutions work there, that’d be perfect!
We’ve been looking at PayU, dLocal, Kushki, Rebill, and Ebanx. Does anyone have experience with these or other good Stripe-like options for LATAM and possibly South Korea? Thanks in advance!
Start incorporation procedures that will allow to connect bank and app with Stripe so as to launch
