Trade Hur executes trades on Nasdaq futures through the Tradovate API and pulls real-time data from Rithmic. It runs locally from my machine and is currently forward-testing in simulation mode.
I originally posted a video on YouTube after I built the first version, back in 2022. After some setbacks (data vendor drastically raising price for access), I took some time off from working on it. I recently started up again in the fall of 2024 after figuring out a different data solution. Posting progress here to keep myself accountable.

Make some more tweaks to strategy 2 to forward-test next week, but know in my heart of hearts that it is most likely a doomed strategy that is not serving its function to act as a proper hedge to strategy 1 and be an independent, profitable algorithm in its own right. Feel that strategy 1, while not perfect, works better on its own – even though it can take some major hits, it seems to work consistently over time.
