Add post payment status to admin area so I can quickly see which posts are still pending payment

Remove code that created user account on-the-fly when posting job, because we now require a user to be signed up first #startupjobs
Mark user as employer (with boolean) the first time they post a job. That way we don't need to check everytime if they have any posts. Just set it once and it's done. Also allows us to set a user as an employer before they even created a post. #startupjobs
