SpeechZap is an AI voice recorder, that let you transcribe your speech to text, format using LLM and integrate with any other piece of software using Zapier or Make.
I wrote another test while fixing a bug in 
#speechzap, which led me to the conclusion that I need to redesign the code and rearrange the data encryption to reduce mocking.
I fixed another issue in #speechzap and wrote the first tests to gradually start controlling the technical debt.
I made transcript sharing available in #speechzap! Now one can follow the link to listen to the recording and read the transcript.
I sorted out the notes synchronization in #speechzap and enabled recording synchronization, making note-sharing only a step away.
I added husky and conventional commits to the #speechzap backend codebase to finally run tests regularly.
I created new endpoints for #speechzap that manage the transcription creation process differently, preparing for voice note synchronization between devices.
I started working on my website, autobiuro.pl, and I think I created some good texts thanks to taking a walk and using the #speechzap app.
I wrote a message to #speechzap clients who are no longer active but continue to pay for their subscription, preferring they cancel but give me feedback rather than continue to pay without using the service.
And I got awesome, inspiring feedback from one person.
I made the first sale of the standard annual package worth 190 PLN net through my first business partner for #speechzap! $20 MRR
I prepared an offer for an investor interested in #speechzap.
I created a CRM for my #speechzap partners so they could easily add clients and assign plans.
I posted about #speechzap on Twitter
I finally sent out the newsletter after three weeks, mentioning price changes in #speechzap
I found out that I can set a threshold on Google Play above which earnings will be paid out, helping me avoid the payout of small amounts that would be completely consumed by accounting costs. #speechzap
I created a subpage for #speechzap partners to add their clients, which automatically sends them an email with instructions to download and log into the app.
I recalculated the costs of transcription formatting in #speechzap and concluded that I can add more formats at the same price.
I've got five #speechzap customers on a $16 monthly recurring revenue.
I've prepared prices changes (increasing) for #speechzap.
For those, who's already subscribed or will subscribe till Thursday this week, the price won't change for another year.
