Yesterday was my first ever launch of a SaaS product.

Not a big launch, only posted on LinkedIn, but managed to get 23 new accounts that started a 7-day free trial. If I get at least 1 paying customer from these, color me happy.

My product is called Outglow, and it's a tool that helps your business rank higher in AI searches. Sounds cliche given the boom that this niche had in the last months, but the catch is - it's only for Romanian businesses. There isn't really a similar tool that's exclusive to the Romanian market so I decided I'll be the first :) the advantages being that it's easier to understand and analyse the Romanian jargon, and also the prices are pretty low, so every SME owner can try it

It was harder to build than I expected but I'm happy I got over this hurdle and can continue to grow this and maybe create other products. Also very happy about the overall design, I think it was my best work from all the websites I've built. I was inspired by Marc Lou's websites, Stripe and also other competitors.

My marketing strategy is to share info posts to LinkedIn about AI/GEO/AEO etc. as well as updates about the product, create info articles on the blog, give a free audit as a hook (or something that will help a SME owner so that they convert) and maybe try Meta Ads to see how much it would cost for a conversion.
