Hearback milestone 1 done: the dev.to loop works, and I'm dogfooding it on my own account.

Comments on my posts land in an inbox on my iPhone. Triage sorts them: feedback waits for my decision, questions get a draft in my voice, plugs are held as spam. A reply goes out only when I press Post, and feedback can become a GitHub issue.

I checked triage against the 32 comments I'd already handled: it matched what I did on 17 of 27, and it caught all 7 comments that were real feedback.

Next milestone: WIP answers.
- comments on my WIP todos land in the inbox, with the todo as context
- draft a reply in my voice and post it from the app
- new comments arrive by webhook, not polling
- react to a comment from the app
- one profile per person across dev.to, GitHub and WIP
