Hey there friends πŸ‘‹ I'm Steve from πŸ‡«πŸ‡·, marketer, writer, and working on something new.

Really happy to be part of WIP :)

What are you working on these days?

I'm currently working on Spheria, a platform that helps you create and grow your Personal AI.

Your knowledge, experience, and journey an an indie hacker is invaluable. They help new grads follow your steps, inspire coworkers to work on their side projects, and give your community a good reason to support you.

With Spheria, you can now train your own AI on all the knowledge you've acquired and let it give instant answers to people who need your experience.

This is my Personal AI

I'm currently looking for beta testers, so if you'd like to try it out, feel free to request an invitation (or hit me up beforehand if you have questions)

On the side, I'm also working on my first fiction book (in French). I'd love to get it published (or self-published) early next year. I'm trying to dedicate more time to writing.

What can the WIP community help you with right now?

Focusing on what matters the most for the business is a hard task when you're working alone. Being productive with good prioritization skills is a superpower I want to get and I feel like I'll find some inspiration here! Also, looking to contribute to this community to share what I found interesting!

What can you help others with?

I've worked in marketing for various industries (HR tech, B2C and B2B marketplaces, decentralized identity and now AI) and I've developed some knowledge on SEO (tech and non-tech), paid acquisition, outbound.Β

Something else you want to share?

Let me know what book you're currently reading, looking for some inspiration to go outside my habits - if possible, not business-related ;)

Welcome to the community, Steve! I'm a content writer + marketing strategist, too, so it's great to see a friendly face! (And I'm a fellow francophone.)

I've got ideas for DAYS about how to prioritize and stay on track. (My neurospicy brain needs to be reined in often, so I have to set up systems for this.)

If you want, I'm happy to go into more detail and lay it out for you. (But I don't want to be one of those people who shoves unsolicited advice on people πŸ˜‚)

PS I'm currently reading "Dry" by Neal Shusterman (fiction). Because who doesn't like existential dread with their midnight coffee?

Hi Cat! Thank you for your warm welcome! :) I have Dry on my list, can't wait to actually start it 😁

And, yes please regarding techniques to help with prioritization!

Definitely read "Dry" when you're in a good place mentally. It's a little dystopian and gets too real life sometimes haha.

The #1 tool that helps me with prioritization is WeekDone. I have mine set up odd since I'm a solopreneur but I have different "departments" in mine - just to make sure I'm hitting each area I need to.

Also, I did the Bad Thing (which was strategic for me lol) and shifted my focus halfway through the quarter, so I need to update my own WeekDone dashboard.

Here's a walkthrough. You can 100% go 1.2x or 1.5x speed on this lol.

Hey! is cool to see some marketers here, is one of the things that kills me, I'm not that good there. Glad to have you here! n.n

Thanks Bart, nice to meet you! Let me know if I can help if you need anything :)
