Hey everyone, I'm Sergiu from Moldova. I'm the founder of Personizely and I've been building on the web since 2007

What are you working on these days?

Nowadays, I am mostly focused on my primary business - Personizely. We launched it in 2018 and are still scaling it. We have big plans for our product while also working on marketing and sales to find new channels and lead flow avenues.

While Personizely is my primary focus, I still tinker with smaller side-projects, to learn new things, train the shipping muscle, and explore new potential revenue streams.

Some of the other projects I am working on:
cazac.tools - a collection of web tools, including an opinionated favicon generator, a gradient generator, and other small mini tools. This was mostly a way to try new things while also scratching my own itch.
unnamed clay.run alternative - a tool we're using internally at Personizely to enrich data and prepare it for cold outreach. It includes integrations with major data enrichment platforms, OpenAI, and has website crawlers, allowing crafting very data-reach prospect lists. The project is still internal but we're thinking of either opening it to the public or making it open source.
unnamed travel directory - a travel directory site I am mostly overseeing the development of.

Fun fact: I also once tried creating a game using Phaser, just to see what it takes, and loved the process a lot. You can try playing it here.

What can the WIP community help you with right now?

Sometimes I need feedback on new ideas or products I'm building, sometimes I just need to feel accountable when building things so that the shiny new thing syndrome isn't kicking in.

Since my early days building for the web, it has always felt good to be part of a community that can create a feeling of pertinence. It creates a strong feedback loop and sparks the creative and learning process in me.

What can you help others with?

I'd be glad to participate in the community by giving feedback and helping with tech, marketing, and business stuff. I'm also willing to share my relevant experience when needed, as I've definitely tried lots of things since I started building stuff on the web.
