Dany here, 36yo, s00n married and proud dad of the nicest girl ever.
I've been in the... "civil service" for 18 years now, I moved internally to web development 3 years ago.
I'm now trying to prepare myself to stop working for someone, because I don't like people, before the end of my contract in a year and a half.
My immediate goal is to make some money to pay the marriage expense (that's why I started indiehacking in fact)

What are you working on these days?
Currently working on IndiesRead.it, a place to discover books that have helped successful solopreneurs and indiehackers grow their businesses and careers. You can browse the reading lists of famous solopreneurs, create your own, rate your favorite books and participate in the #indiehackers community!
What can the WIP community help you with right now?
I'm looking for honest feedback and inspiration from established indiehackers. I still have a lot to learn, so I'd like to do it with the best!
What can you help others with?
Trying my best to give back to the community, IndiesRead.it is attempt at it.
As a rookie maker, I hope to bring a fresh vision of indiehacking.

This is literally why I chose not to go back to work after having my kid and becoming a single mom ๐น I had already been freelancing on the side for 10 years, though, but I just stepped it up. Now I just write in the mountains where nobody can find me and in cafes while drinking an alarming amount of espresso.
WORTH IT! (Even though my cardiologist might disagree lol.)
