SEO has been my main source of traffic. It's gotten me my first $500 MRR with hypnothera.ai along with a handful of hardcore early users. They've helped me build out Hypnothera from an MVP a few months ago to a full fledged product. Now, I'm reaching a new audience with free generic Guided Meditation/Hypnosis content on Youtube. Many comparable channels have millions of views and subscribers, but the creators usually disappear because it is honestly a lot of work to actually speak out a whole 1-3 hour guided meditation / self-hypnosis session. With hypnothera.ai I can churn out high quality content almost without rest. The goal is for people to discover high quality content on the channel, and later be bamboozled that they had in fact been hypnotized to change their life for the better by an AI voice reading an AI generated script. #hypnosis

This first year being an indie hacker was a struggle, but I had my first real taste of making money with a SaaS. It wasn't much, but as long as the growth in execution and taste keeps compounding, 2025/2026 are shaping up to be fucking amazing. I can't wait for what this year brings.

Crossed 200 MAU for Hypnothera with only SEO! It's been 3 months of playing around with different methods to get the audio to sound just right, but now I think it's quite reliable.
