Added submission alert admin email notification to #shortofthemonth. Next, add a sign-up alert and re-enable the welcome email.

Approved all the films received for review until October for #indieshortsmag. Currently manually emailing filmmakers using templated emailes. Time to set up a database and automate this. #soon

Removed the social media automation cron job due to Cloudflare Turnstile blocking external cron job requests. Will trigger the script manually for now and consider migrating to Vercel Cron jobs if necessary. #shortofthemonth

Trying some cross-project marketing. 🤞🏻 Added an automated email(triggered after a day) to #indieshortsmag submissions flow inviting filmmakers to submit their films to #shortofthemonth. Started using Plunk email for this, and will slowly move all my emails from SES to Plunk for all my projects.

Added a "Showing Next" page to display films competing in the upcoming month. #shortofthemonth
