💼 Ending my 
#revsys Friday deep in evals and pushing a project over to new models. Met with Pydantic (the Pydantic AI) people after lunch and had a nice check-in
🤖 More Hermes config and agent work. Running my operator and with the new Claude API token match program, I can upgrade my operators to actually do the coding work now
🤖 Move my operator setup from ChatGPT Desktop to Hermes where every website/business gets its own Hermes profile to work with. Each one has it's own daily operator so I can figure out what to check in on. Each website is built on MCP now so everything can be managed via MCP via the Agent. We are now cooking

🤖 Built my first website operator to try out and customize for a half dozen+ websites. If this works out, it's the new model for everything.
🚜 Finished getting my fleet completely in sync and even applied/rebooted all of my servers with latest update

🤖 Had my agents go into deep research on a new business model and write me a blue print to hand off to other agents. I think LLMs are good enough now to be decent / "good enough" operators. #research
🔥 Trying to deploy 20+ project while Coolifying OOM'ing and 500'ing is something I'm going to have to reconsider #servers
🤖 Haven't paid attention to my Agents brain storage in months. It's a combination of markdown (Obsidian) and RAG but going to clean it up and make sure Hermes knows what it's doing.
