reworked most tables to use django-tables2 and while it's not a perfect api, it really takes the edge off

shipped a package updater refactor which marks packages as depreciated along with error numbers and the exceptions #djangopackages
🏀 watched 16 glorious games of basketball and shipped a ton of #djangopackages code from 11am to 12pm today 🎉
big quality of life update for the week which fixes bugs, refactors tests, better 404 tracking of projects that are no longer on GH, and lots of small updates #djangopackages
