built out a new backend to render my chrome extension pages #djangonews

🚜 swapped out AlpineJS (it's great) for htmx (even easier) and figured out how to get my Chrome Extension running again #djangonews

fixed my build but I can't load alpine through the v3 manifest so I'm giving up for today
