conditioning of claude agents spawned by 
#cogo that is done via a dynamic claude.md now also makes the agents aware of all the repos available to them to checkout
fix: #cogo now always has agents check out the latest master on a repo clone they start working on, not just when they are going to make a code change
Did dialectic on the 
#tutoic algorithm. Several design decisions made and more to be made. This is the most complicated thing I've ever engineered.
