Curious to hear if anyone here uses some sort of CRM or similar software for their projects? Say people come on your landing page and sign up but never convert, do you have a "system" to manage the relationship overtime and rank your leads?

I'm not technical whatsoever, and so far I've been using e-mail aliases from one Google Workspace account; however, I am not sure if this is the best way to manage email from and to my various domain names. Are there any recommendations you would have to handle this?
