wrote draft for next #stolenvoice tv episode 5
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - amount of footbag juggling: 93 (goal this year: 100) - remarks: A post-hacky-sack outdoor training walk with great Golden hour sun (not too warm, not too cold) #health
watched client work essentials training on identifying red flags before taking on clients and establishing an environment of abundance (not abundance) which often means to cut off people from your life when they spread negativity instead of positivity #stolenvoice #naii
new blog "I didn’t choose Amazon, ooops..." and new /moments page and some house-keeping #naii
/done walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Later than I liked I did the night walk. Again, chilly temperatures outside but refreshing as well. Moon looks more orange tonight and a bit more out of shape (less clear). #health
spent hours setting up my new camera (Canon 6D Mark II) for my weekly voiceover show although I thought it would be pretty straight forward. The hardest part was (surprisingly) finding out how to handle the external microphone input (you actually need to be in Manual mode of the camera - I was surprised to hear that). The camera in manual mode means adjustments to make. So, for a quick and dirty video recording of an episode I'd actually prefer to use the iPhone X or my Canon G16, and externally record through the Zoom H5 as always. Also, for vlogging (or even traveling) I don't see me using a big fat device like the 6D Mark II, it's really heavy for me because I'm used to a bridge camera like the Canon G16 or the iPhone. The importance of the weight of a camera cannot be stressed enought!
finished editing part 2 (day 2 out of 4) at my time at the One Voice voiceover conference in London (almost a month ago - what?!) - now uploading to Vimeo #stolenvoice
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Super cool moon and pretty cold because of the very clear sky, still enjoyable. #health
updated my now page (last update was 01 April) - felt very good #health
finished and sent lesson 10 of my story creation masterclass (another landing page analysis), only two lessons left until the end #freewritecamp
artist date in the form of hacky sack playing and a bit of reading Stephane Hessel (and some identity research provided by the Open University) #health
worked on lesson 10 (another landing page analysis) #freewritecamp
tidied up my local business folder structure because it was a mess #naii
wrote the draft of two new blogs (What I learned not using Amazon for shipping, and Certainty of desired outcome) #naii
walked 3,4km 🏃 - time: 40 min - average speed: 5,10 km/h - remarks: Used today’s walking time to combine with something dutiful (getting a package - NOMAD Wallet Case) out of the customs office - blog post about is in draft. Was pretty mild (around 14 degrees centigrade) but still walked in flip-flops because why not. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Night walk after a not so super accomplished but ok day. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: Hard-to-get up morning with swollen face (nose, eyes) due to allergy. Dry throat and feeling sick though the allergy is „just“ an allergy not a cold. The walk itself felt good. Still, body is feeling week. Will research natural ways to handle allergy. #health
practiced first script of my commercial demo reel but eventually stopped. Due to my pollen allergy my voice was too „nosy“ and I wasn’t able to change that. That’s an issue because I haven’t found a solution to it yet - without taking medicine. #stolenvoice
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20,75 min - average speed: 5,20 km/h - remarks: Starting the work week one day later than usual cos I took a day off yesterday. Today, again warm, sunny, weather seems to be constant. Still, allergy is present which is getting on my nerves but ok - I try not to complain out loud #health
walked 20km 🏃 - time: 190 min - average speed: 6,32 km/h - remarks: Long walk on Sunday as part of my Sunday artist date, awesome feeling afterwards especially knowing that I endured the distance and walked only a little more than 3 hours while taking photos and audio-record on the fly. #health
