fix JS bug finally which would replaceState to '/'+rootUri but if rootUri was just '/', it would become '//' which is same as 'https:' and would error replaceState

send Stripe API support that I found the problem, they block you from the network if you do 1,000 sequential API requests (like you do in any cron job)
