change slug to -for-expats -for-families -for-locals etc. if $activeCostMode is set different than default of nomads, keep slugs empty for default of nomads

if user has cost filters selected (like <$750/mo) and then switches cost mode (e.g. from Nomad to Family), change filter target (from cost_for_nomad_in_usd to cost_for_family_in_usd) and re-run filter query to get the new matching cities
