create account when customers pays on sign up, so I don't have to fiddle with a cookie until they complete sign up and create a profile but can instantly log them in after payment (no ghost accounts etc.)

fix nomadlist.com/warm-now-places… if you load this cold it doesn't fitbounds map because it's a new load but it should fitbounds, so add check to not fitbounds only if no filters set
