watched a video by Rian Doris/Flow Collective and created a spreadsheet to make the lessons actionable. You can find the video link on the second tab if you want to watch the full thing. In short: You create pockets of minimum viable certainty where you KNOW you can sustain your focus on a single task, and you train yourself to increase that pocket of time where you can so you can get more of the right things done with fewer distractions (and you keep your promise to yourself that you'll work on what you say you'll work on). #life docs.google.com/spreadsheets/…
