commit to doing 1 unit per day in Russian Duolingo & should finish section 2 by Aug 6 (23 days from now).
#hyperpolyglot
signed up for lingopie to check it out, and I'm giving myself 7 days to test Russian, French, and Turkish content. (Considering Netflix doesn't have Rus content, understandably so, I might keep it just for that.)
#hyperpolyglot
found a cool site with 133k sentences to learn and practice. If I'm not approaching ~some~ degree of fluency after this...

Went sentence mining in FluentU app to add more Anki cards and found this gem
#hyperpolyglot
found inconsistencies with в and на while doing Russian lessons, and though it was "at" and "in" respectively, and AI told me to stop applying English logic to Russian language, then gave me a long lesson to differentiate (And all I was trying to do was 31 lessons to win a friend quest but went on a side quest instead 😆)

hear у меня есть (I have), кто (who), что (what), and как (how) in practically every random video I watch (and get ridiculously excited when I spot them). It's the tiny things lol

also check out www.trackinglanguages.com/ (RU isn't supported til the weekend but FR is) & refold.la/simplified/ (and joined the Discord to take it seriously)

find lingochampion.com to learn Russian using a mix of comprehensible input + flashcards + AI to help understand words/phrases and discuss articles. Haven't used it yet, but I'm excited!

Took a nap and overslept by 2 minutes and lost a Duolingo weekly/monthly streak (still have my main streak though)

Fell asleep and woke up with less than 2 hours left in the Duolingo friend quest, so I speed ran 13 lessons to finish them. To be fair, 9 of those were just the 1st lesson repeated 9 times, but at least the quest is DONE. (And I can do back to my actual level now.)

Learn the difference between это and этот, then practice sentences with этот/эта/это/эту to understand how to use each adjective with gender/case

Way too tired last night to do an actual update but won the first diamond tournament I've been in
