replaced the power switch button on a gaggia classic because eu models shut off automatically after 20 minutes due to eco bullshit regulations (unlike the us model). it takes about 15 minutes to warm up the machine, and if you forget (which I often do) you have to start over. now it won’t ever turn off automatically #coffee

make a first shot with 9 bar pressure and it’s very good #coffee
