drop off kid at his dad's, get a coffee with 6 espressos, and hunker down to work. Overjoyed that I have 4 manuscripts to edit, 3 new clients, plus 30 hours of freelance work at a marketing agency this upcoming week 😻 (I might actually hit my 80-hour goal this week.)

edited a couple chapters of a new manuscript. It's 7am, and I've been working for 15 hours. Almost ready to call it a day. #freelance
finished 3 huge projects for a marketing agency tonight & maybe, just maybe, I'm starting to feel worthy to exist #freelance
Finished all the client work. All. The. Client. Work. Instead of feeling accomplished, proud, or even relieved, I feel profoundly empty and hollow. #freelance
Napped during the evening to be able to stay up for the next 15 hours and edit & catch up with SEO work #freelance
Drove to the canyon to write all day to not have internet/wifi to distract me & almost finished book #freelance
Finished top two critical projects today, and that's enough for now. As much as I'm itching to continue and start writing this novella (so I can pay my fkn car bill), I think 19 hours of work is enough to earn at least a nap. #freelance
