Add balance_after and balance_before for every transaction in usage_credits so users can easily render a nice bank-statement-like view of credit transactions with resulting balance

Fix MRR calculation bug in the profitable gem because Pay >=10 has breaking changes and it would show MRR = 0 every time because the schema changed. Also fix other calculation bugs and add an entire Minitest suite to avoid bug regression + test the rest of the functionality against different versions of Pay, Ruby and Rails
