Fix MRR calculation bug in the profitable gem because Pay >=10 has breaking changes and it would show MRR = 0 every time because the schema changed. Also fix other calculation bugs and add an entire Minitest suite to avoid bug regression + test the rest of the functionality against different versions of Pay, Ruby and Rails #oss
