Header doesn't have any images/video/an interactive widget. People generally expect to see h1, h2 left and some explainer image/video/interactive widget right.
Combine "π Get Your First Property Report FREE!" and "Get Early access" into one button, or make the former text show up in the top bar just above the header (and make it clickable). I thought the former was something I could click, but it didn't do anything when I clicked on it.
Replace dated_functional, needs_replacement etc with human readable strings like "Dated - Functional" and "Needs replacement" on the report UI.
Make it more obvious that this costs something, or if its just the case that you include 1 free report - make it more obvious. A bit confused because it says free, but then when I click on the report it asks me for $9 or so?
