Which bank would you recommend for a company based in Spain?

Hi everyone. Apologies if this has already been asked, but could you recommend a bank for my business? I have a Spanish limited company.

The traditional Spanish banks (Santander, Caixabank…) have business models that don’t align well with my digital business, and their interfaces and apps are heavy, slow, and cluttered.

Revolut Business is good, but it gives me a Lithuanian IBAN, and several Spanish providers (Telefónica…) refuse to set up direct debits with an IBAN from another country. Additionally, Revolut Business has just announced that it will start charging a monthly fee for the plan that has been free until now.

have you looked into Wise?

Thank you, Alejandro. Wise isn't a bank, but I'll definitely give it a look.

@JaimeObregon -- N26 will probably be the thing for you then; they do offer Spanish IBANs (n26.com/en-es/)

Yep. But only for individuals.

oh -- their website is misleading; I thought business accounts were for corps as well

Not sure for Spain but I love Wise so much that I would recommend it too :)

There are a few Fintechs in Europe that give you Spanish IBAN's. A lot of my Dutch friends in Valencia talked about a Dutch Fintech that does that. That was a few years back though. Also, I used Sabadell when I lived in Valencia and it was ok. Nothing to complain about to be honest.

Thank you, @uwe! I'll investigate further in those directions.
