I go with ConvertKit (now just Kit π) because I run my membership through Mighty Networks, and they have a near native integration now. It's worth it to save those Zapier costs using a different platform. And I need automated email marketing. But that's a very specific use case that may or may not apply, depending on how well built-out your brand ecosystem is.
