I record separate clips with CleanShot and then if needed splice them together with iMovie.
I'm a big fan of Loom. I have an LTD plan for HippoVideo, but their service is sometimes unstable. Loom is simple and stable.
In my case, I'm using my own service to combine multiple loom videos and Calendly as a CTA.
