That was there response, even when asking for a refund or something

A customer support message from OpenAI regarding credit balance and billing. An email response from OpenAI Support addressing a user's concerns about expired credits. A customer service conversation regarding expired API credits.

This is like gift cards that expire. Lots of countries have protection against it but openai clearly doesn't care.
