Moving to a new place (I'm assuming you'd want to stay at least 6 months or so) is a big step and involves thinking about your lifestyle, preferred weather, taxes, what kind of people you like associating with, your political beliefs to some extent, what kind of visas you qualify for, and so on
Without further info it's impossible to say whether or not it's a "good place" for you
