Have you heard of this IG follower checker? It won't tell you who the fake followers are, but it'll tell you the percentage. Might be worth a shot.

That's great I didn't know about this tool, thanks! I tried it but I'm getting a "No post for this user." error, probably because the account doesn't have any posts 😬
Oh that's so weird! I've only ever used it on mine and my clients' accounts, so there have always been posts.
