This would be a small project for eCommerce brands to generate email marketing flows for their store or perhaps it will pivot to another area as I built the MVP.

I currently have an Email Marketing agency and see that smaller brands simply cannot afford the service of an agency. This would be a project aimed at helping smaller eCommerce brands automatically generate a large part of their email marketing.

My main goal is to create an MVP in the next 3-4 months and launch it. I know that there is demand (as I speak to such potential customers almost on a weekly basis).

Out of 70+ countries visited, my favorite place in the world is home and Bali (Dojo Coworking to be precise - sadly closed now).

I was inspired to try a hand at building after reading ☒  book "MAKE : The Indie Maker Handbook" for the second time.

My favorite book is "The One Thing" by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan - I now constantly ask myself, “What's the ONE Thing I can do, such that by doing it, everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”.

As requested by ☒ to explain in detail - I used to sell airplanes (Airbus A320 ACMI aircraft leases and Charters to be precise), and aviation is still my passion. This is a broad overview. There is quite a narrow list of customers (primarily licensed airlines or their brokers), and then it further narrows down by aircraft type they currently fly or would need to fly (based on their route network and location), and finally you would have other narrowing down factors (safety, approvals, etc.). The next step is to identify the right person in the company to reach and try to reach them (cold email, cold call, introduction by someone, snail mail, conference meeting, or physical cold office meeting, other creative approaches or just work via a broker). After that, it is about understanding their potential needs, staying in contact, and when the need, request, or opportunity is there - start negotiations and close the deal. Of course there are many other colleagues involved at various stages of the process.
