Does anyone have best practices for launching in the Slack App Directory?

My app has been approved and I can chose when to publish it. Is there a good day of the week to do so? How do I get featured by Slack?

Nice, thanks! I've seen those events (and was at Frontiers last year). Now that I've been accepted in the App Directory, I feel like there are some best practices that I'll write up and post here soon.

Greetings. Recently posted to the slack app directory and were _just_ featured earlier this week. Have you looked at other applications within the same category and contacted the founders of those apps? You might get some ideas and tips.
