One thing about Skedpal (it's an AI calendar) is that you can schedule dependencies (tasks you have to do before or after), and it auto-schedules it for you so nothing is forgotten.
Linking tasks like this was huge with saving brain power for actual work instead of planning. Just in case you have huge projects with lots of subtasks that depend on each other to be done in a certain order. Plus, it'll rearrange everything if you miss your window and will tell you if you're screwed with the whole project timeline.
