"Trusted by" means you put down your credit card and paid for the product, nothing more nothing less. No one is going out and manually asking 10,000 people if they trust the product. Old apps can launch on product hunt every 6 months if they released new features, so 10K users is not that extraordinary.

Customer logos: no, I just make sure they're active customers before doing that. I inform them after and I've never heard "take my logo down"
