My man, this is one of the headaches I will be dealing with at some point in the next 12 months.
A friend of mine incorporated a LLC in Estonia while living in Berlin.
He had a lot of trouble finding a Steuerberater who would take his case.
It seems that you need at least €100K/year in revenue for a consultant to want to talk with you.
Where are you located? Would be interested to share experiences on this issue along the way.
