setup small PostHog dashboard on #prose to measure app usage, with apps sending a daily liveness heartbeat with anonymized user data to an API I built, deployed on prose.org, then forwarding that event to PostHog API - that way Prose apps speak to my server and I can switch analytics provider without updating all apps
