first 1000 followers on instagram. A big step towards building distribution

working out the prompt for the scoring system of Y Combinator startups
The challenge with non-deterministic LLMs is to have approximately consistent scoring across three runs of the analyzing algorithm
#tweetgit
some more small progress on the TweetGit. adding the bag end feature for commit analyzing, adding date helpers, lips scoring, and refining the prompt for getting structured outputs
#tweetgit
submission form for startups done. added open source startups from 2025 to the database. sketched out an algorithm for ranking
#tweetgit
I have added a dashboard for myself to submit and edit startups.
Still working on pivoting.

after almost three months of taking Twitter seriously, I have made three connections from Y Combinator
I don't know how but I think it will be useful in the future
#twitter
sketching out the UI mock-up for the new project pivot
the idea is to create a leaderboard of open source projects from Y Combinator. who ships the most?

finally, I have successfully installed a preview build on my smartphone
I have found out that preview can still crash even if the development mode was working fine
also, debugging is a nightmare because the Xcode logs are so gigantic and it's so hard to search them. I know how people were dealing with it without chatgpt
it probably would take me days instead of hours to debug this issue
also, it helped that my codebase was very small because otherwise I don't know if I was able to find the bug
#timetrack
I am killing tweetgit.com.
It did not take off and did not take traction.
I started building it before I was engaging a lot on Twitter and did not realize how hard it is to make a post that actually does well.
Unfortunately, built-in-public posts are not good at getting traction.
I'm still failing to make any of my Build In Public posts go viral.
Why only random stuff goes viral for some reason.
And too late, I have found out that other indie builders are not a good target market.
With a heavy heart, I am shutting it down.
#tweetgit
I have made changes to the demo page to generate three tweets at the same time, however, I failed to make media upload without using apis
and to be honest, I'm losing faith in this project
#tweetgit
after seeing some small success on Twitter, I had a random guy on the internet asking me about my growth strategy
feels good to share what works
#twitter
I have made it 700 followers on Twitter and got an encouragement from Mark Lou, the creator of ship fast
