add discord_joined_server=1 BOOLEAN so that user gets redirected to invite link first, then joins server, then connects slack, then clicks ✅, then it saves discord_joined_server=1, then the next time it goes to Discord link it redirects them straight to the server. This is to avoid users first connecting Discord without ever joining the Discord (?) #nomads
