fix #nomads syncUserSlackData worker that gets list of all Slack users, imports the Slack profile data into the web database, but would match it on WHERE slack_user_id=:slack_user_id OR email=:slack_email, which would make users repeatedly get synced back to their old Slack account if they had one before
