build processSlackEventsApiQueue.php which reads the /cache/slack_events_api_queue.txt with queued event requests and processes them every 10 seconds by cron, because Slack wants the server to reply within 3 seconds with 200 OK otherwise it disabled the Slack Events API calls #nomads
