fix nomadlist.com/cities-near-uni… near pages never work because there is no near filter and it's based on user location, fix this by adding near filters for every country (hidden like the country filters too) and pre-setting cities if they're near a country (but not in the country), also change user near me button from near city to near country so they fit the new near-country-slug variable filter #nomads
