updated 
#concord project defaults and further refactored my defaults to add a pre-commit config (which is a nice autoformat default)
fixed my defaults, copier-github-actions, and my demo for keeping repos in sync
dusted off an old Raspberry Pi 3 to give a few mobile OSs a try for a project
did a bit more #concord work but need to deep dive on porting my rules v1 and v2 engine over to the new v3 way of doing things
re-reading TextBlob to get an idea of some of the APIs I haven't used before. might as well fill my time with something
