First time going to the gym in a long time after injury. Been building up blueprint-style sleep and eating schedule, which has settled into a rhythm, so working out is the big next step. After that, will work on validating #happenlist today: there are a few key requirements that have to be met, and will put 100% focus on those. Looking forward to get started. Though I need to be excited about going to the gym instead. Maybe that will grow over time ๐Ÿ™ƒ.
