Went to the dentist to get a crown on my implant. Midway through, the doc’s hand slipped a tiny screw flew straight into my throat. The guy with assistant ran out to bring the main doctor he came and said, “No worries, it’s small, it’ll come out on its own.” Then finished the job like nothing happened. At the end he casually adds, “Actually… maybe go to the hospital in case it’s in your lung.” So I go, they take an X-ray, and turns out this “tiny” screw was a full 3cm long! They rushed me into endoscopy and luckily pulled it out. my plan for the day was to wake up, have a good day, working on my project, go to gym, but end up in hospital for 10h
