Hit a BIG wall today where I was spinning in my mind and struggled to just start, so I took a friend's suggestion to do a brain dump of all the tasks I need to do that's weighing heavy on my mind, then set time estimates for each based on the time reports I keep. I was spiraling about *check notes* not being able to finish 187 hours of deliverables today 😑 Be so fucking for real, Cat. That's more hours in a week. #freelance #life
